Cook food to kill parasite egg and larvae, otherwise sanitize

Soak in bleach water over night, scurb, peel, rinse
Wash well after handling foods
For fresh vegetables
Blanch in boiling water 2 minutes
Ice bath
For peeling peaches and tomatoes
Blanch and pull skins
Chill
